You need to download the pictures to your computer (put them into your pictures folder so they are easy to find) Then you have to post them one at a time on your friend's page.

How do I download them onto my computer off of my cell phone ?
Depends on what kind of cellphone you have. Some cellphones connect to the computer via a usb cable while others you have to e-mail the photos to an on line album that you set up on the cellphone providers webpage.
