      I think that you went to a web site that if someone sees your request and has a manual they will download it and then that site will email a link to you. They might not have anyone that has that manual at this time. I would try something more. Try to re-ask your question with the type of machine you have.

        thanks for the suggestion...when I submitted it they said they had a manual so I expected it right away but I will re-ask... thanks.
