Bought Internet Security 2012 with Norton Utilities to replace McAfee which came installed on my Dell. Windows 7 would not remove McAfee, but I found n online program that did. Successfully installed anti virus and apparently successful with Utilities. On restart, got the screen with startup options. Computer would not restart normally. I had to use the command prompt and Restore. Went through this twice. What do you suggest? I'm just a user, not a techie. Thanks, Richard Gallimore (Ta
