It's annoying! My phone is acting up today, but I know what to do when my computer goes awry.
Shut down the computer. ALSO, turn off the router and/or whatever connection you and the computer have to the internet. Leave it all off for about 10 minutes. Then turn on the connection, turn on your computer, and try again.
If you are still having problems, use the "diagnose" icon to see what's wrong. Good luck.
