    A Rodent maybe ?

Try googling 'nutria' this is a rodent originating from S America. It was imported into Europe for its skins which were once fashionable, but when no longer, they were let loose and have become established in the wild. In the UK they are known as coypu, and in France ragondin. Latin name Myocastor coypus.

Lovely little ones!!!  Quite Friendly and Welcoming once you know how to Speak Coypu!!
