Generally, bankruptcies are on  your credit report for seven years.

A good way for one to re-establish credit, or to first establish credit, is to deposit an amount in a bank account, then get a loan from that same bank of half of that amount for a given time period, say six months, and use you account three as collateral for the loan.

Make a payment of two, then pay off the loan, withdraw the amount deposited and do the same thing again, in two different banks.

In one year you will have good credit with three banks, with three loans that were paid off EARLY, on your credit record.
