    Warning: Virginia creeper berries are highly toxic to humans and may be fatal if eaten. Its sap can also cause skin irritation in some people.


    If you have children, you may want to rethink having this plant. It can also take over everything if you do not keep up with keeping it trimmed back. 


    They are best spaced about 10 feet apart because they do spread rapidly.
