    Here's a fictional take...it was built upon an old farmsite that was homesteaded some 320 years ago as part of a much larger agri-based community.  Prior to that it had portions that have since been landscaped, that were part of the ancient Roman trail. Many Roman and Greco-Roman artifacts have been salvaged and since preserved and are currently being held at a branch of the Smithsonian in Lower East London at a public house of no particular fame where Uncle Harry and cousin Raoul have a small but lucrative operation called "Sadies' Bar and Grillhouse" whose motto of late has been..."You hooks 'em, We cooks 'em"!
