      I like the idea of having the best of both worlds the mountains as well as the sea, It' always been my dream to live in southern Maine in a sleepy little town with the ocean on on side at the mountains on the other and my wife and I right dab smack in the middle..

          Oh hey, that's great. Beats all. We'll move be neighbors. Borrow cups of sugar. Play cards. (all the old-time things) There will be no TV and we will read books and have a book club. It gets pretty cold in southern Maine, huh?
