          Virtual-Memory is a part of your Hard Drive is being used for Ram, it is slower and is getting full if you got that message.


          Installing more RAM should fix the problem.

            When ram was expensive and scarce a temp solution was to use a block of the hard drive  as  ram. Everything was a lot slower at the time and the use of the Hard drive as Virtual Ram was a solution to an underwhelming ram. Tough going in those days when a 10 meg hard drive gave you bragging rights at the coffee clutch.
