The most common form of mange is the demotic mange and is caused by microscopic mite that lives in hair follicles. The other type is sarcopic mange and is caused by scabies mite that burrows into the skin. Usually dogs that have a weak immune system will come down with mange.
Under no circumstances, cortisone type drugs schould not be used and suspend Vacinations, because it will lower his immune system even further.He needs to see a Vet for treatment.
