    Was it T. Roosevelt that said "We stand at Armageddon and battle the war". When, and to whom? I think 1917, but I'd be more inclined to believe it was the onset of WWII. Please give me all or any info on this quote.

    He said it in 1910 at the University of Berlin, research from there onwards.

    You are correct it was Teddy Roosevelt in his "Confession of Faith" Speech to the national convention of the Progressive party August 6, 1912 in Chicago 


    However it was not about war but rather the Constitutional Amendment to allow the imposition of an INCOME tax by the Federal government, as I recall
