The purpose of mediation is to expedite matters and relive pressure on the courts . A legal way to resolve things in a binding matter with out taking the time of the courts . I cant give legal advice and will not. There are procedural rules regarding this and that advise should come from council. Fact is if you plan on going to court ,you should have a lawyer already and be listening to their council.
