      National news broadcasters usually speak very good English and use little or no slang.  I think that might help you.

        If you can afford, go live  for few months at least in a country were peple speak English

          Don't spend too much time on this board, the English on here is often poor. I suggest you spend some time with good English speakers and ask them lots of questions. Also read  some books and mark words you don't understand . TV is also good but films are ofted slang-ridden so be selective.
