      Take a look at his home life. Is he being taught to be respectful? Is there violence in the home he is learning  from? Is he drinking alcohol or using drugs? We would need to know more about this child to be able to give any kind of valid guess, since that's all we can do, guess.

        From my observation a teen age child developes attitudes and personality from 20% genes and 80% fetchin up.
        They usually arn't a whole lot different when grown.

          Is there a good man or maybe school consultant that the boy could talk to?. His hormones are probably raging and he doesn't know how to handle it.
