    3. for the past three days I have tried to fill out my info sheet. Each time I do it gets STUCK on section 19 . I have filled that out again and again which brings me down to question 20 then I see this message" an unexpected error has occurred- next page unavailable" What is going on?
    for the past three days I have tried to fill out my info sheet. Each time I do it gets STUCK on section 19 . I have filled that out again and again which brings me down to question 20 then I see this message" an unexpected error has occurred- next page unavailable" What is going on?

    I cannot seem to get beyond section 10. Is this something malfunctioning during the holiday weekend or am I somehow MISSING some direction?
