      There are no free vets in CT. I live here so I know. The best you can hope for is to find discount vets by calling all vets in your area and explaining your situation. The vet you have now will not work with you and bill you an affordable about each month? Have you asked him/her?


      Last option, if you truly love your dog, surrender it to the humane society and if the operation is not overly expensive, they will pay to have it done.
