    Every time I try to sign on to itunes, I have to change my password. What is wrong? This has happened at least 10 times. I even tried to reopen the account. They say my email address is in use by someone else. Yeah, that's me. How can you fix this thing?

    This is an issue for Apple. iTunes belongs to them, their tech support needs to sort this out.
