Is your partner talking about sex with these women? If not, what's the big deal? These women are in other countries. Are they truly a threat to you? Why so unsettled in your relationship? You should be more concerned with why you are with someone you can not trust. 

So, long as he doesn't catch a plane to one of these countries, you are safe. We converse with strange men on this site. Nothing wrong with that.

You mention other women (as in plural). What kind of site is he doing this on? Have you looked at his credit card statements lately?

Ask him how he would feel if you were conversing with men in other countries,some how i don't think that he would like it.He owes you an explanation of his activity.

Well if he's only conversing as we do on hear, that's not cheating is it. Suppose it depends how the conversation goes.

Two questions come to mind regarding this. 1. How did this come about? (I mean, did he purposely go to certain websites in order to do this?) 2. Why is he doing this? (What does he get out of that, that he might not be getting at home?)

As uncomfortable as it might be, in an unaccusing way, I think I would simply ask him. That's really the only way you'll find any way to understand what's going on and why it's going on.

I would not considering it cheating , after all you'r conversing with countless men and women around the world that's not cheating, just to be safe though  maybe you should keep a tab on his handy work as well as his statements ..

it can be cheating, and it can not be cheating, depending on what kind of relationship you guys have, and what you agree is ok to do regarding interacting with other possible partners.  if it's a lady 92 with 2 teeth, you might not have to worry about it.  if it's a beautiful, smart, senorita well, you might not sleep as well.  talk to partner and see what parameters you two  want to have for who you each talk to, if its not work related.  Heck, even if it is work related, sometimes things can get out of hand.  talk to him.  if that does not work get a third party so the communication can go more smoothly between you two.  Like a counselor or rabbi or therapist.  Good luck.  Most people need a degree of luck in relationships.  Luck & Skills.

If he's hiding the conversations I might be concerned. If he buys a plane ticket , I'd really be concerned!

If your partner is trying to keep this from you, YES, that is cheating.
If the activity is out in the open and you are welcome to read the correspondence, that is a different story.
