      Get a duplicate key made, just in case!  (The landlord probably won't think about changing the locks.)        :))

        Depends on so many things. Is it a foreclosure ? Are you renting ?  No one can just say go except the judge . Each side has to play by the rules and there are penalties for those who do not.. You need to give more details to get a better answer . Sorry but there are too many variables to say any thing .                           Bill
