She may have a cold. Has she been vaccinated against some chicken diseases? I keep chickens, but I have never had that problem. Try to google your question, that's what I do if I have doubts about the chickens. There are many breeders on the net and they would be able to advise you. You could ask the produce store from where you buy the feed. They very often breed chickens.
