    NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO GET THE NEW JACK TO WORK ----I WAS ON ALL DAY FOR TWO DAYS.


    YET THERE IS NO ONE TO ANSWER ME ---EVEN YOUR #'s are gone

      This site is called akaQA and we are able to answer a lot of question but...not ALL. You need to go to MagicJack.com where you will find hundreds of FAQ's and should have no difficulty in finding the answers to your questions. Good luck.
