I had well over 13000 points wracked up on Club Bing and decided that I would llike the Aerobed Light Self-Inflating Camp Mat. The Points were deducted but I have received NO Notice that it has been sent by email as I did when I got the Stadium Chair. I expected to receive emails about the processing of my order as I did when I got the Stadium Chair. The Aerobed is still being offered so I am sure they are not out of them. I go camping occassionally and thought the MAT would make sleeping on my cot much better. I am 75 years old and enjoy playing the "Club Bing" games, but if I don't receive my MAT I will no longer go to play their games. I FEEL CHEATED BY THEM. eladaz@yahoo.com

Sorry for your trouble sir . Your age is not relevant in these matters . What matters is you played the game and satisfied the requirements for the prize . They made a promise and as of this moment not fulfilled it. Your grievance should be addressed to them .Sadly we cant really fix anything here ,just offer advice some good some bad . You are old enough to understand chain of command ,start going back up stream until you find someone with the power to fix things and annoy them till they resolve this for you .In the end its that simple .
