Google "run electrical outlet from breaker box." There are several websites out there that will give you detailed directions to do that. Most importantly, make sure you shut the power to the box off, as there is a lot of juice runing into one of them. Myself, I even test things with a multi-meter to double check that nothing is energized, before I go fooling around with an open breaker box. A little caution goes a long ways when you are dealing with electricity.
