If you are referring to the stuff here on akaQA, there doesn't seem to be a process to delete duplicate entries. Sometimes the same question will be asked by the same person in exactly, or near exactly, the same way. Both questions appear for answers.
Duplicated answers by the same individual are the result of our trigger fingers getting jumpy or impatient. We can't delete the copycat answers. What we CAN do is edit the answer and backspace or delete the answer and post a second answer or comment that "whoops, my answer was posted twice".
