Deleting old messages from facebook:
Sign in your account
Go to the Message logo that’s on the top of the screen
Click on “See all messages”
Click on the X logo next to the message you want to delete
Deleting an old post from facebook:
Sign in your account
Go to your profile page by clicking on your user name that’s located at the top of the screen
Go to the post you want to delete
Click on the down facing arrow that’s located next to the post
Click on “Delete Post”
