Contact them again and make sure they have made the changes. It's up to you. I once got a credit card bill with late and finances charges. I'd never received a first bill. In my call to the company, it was discovered my first bill had been returned and subsequently destroyed. You gotta be on top of them. There's one of you. Those companies have thousands of clients.
