      Lots of daylilies. Plant different varieties and they bloom all spring and summer long, right up until frost. They are also the easiest to grow because they are not fussy plants, don't require special soil, just give lots of sunshine, water and fertilize with any good garden fertilizer once a month and you're good to go.
