        jhharlan...I have a question for you.  How did you learn to cook and who is your favorite chef?

          I cook with my mom so I learned not to be afraid of the kitchen. Then I had a husband who would eat anything so I learned to play... I like watch "COOK'S COUNTRY" for their pointers and tips. I'd bet I could bake you up some homemade bread that wouldn't tear your system up......

            Colleen, sometimes when I’m typing an answer….is that you when the page zooms up so my answer is all there is on the page?

              I was just about to post an answer and the screen zoomed in suddenly, moved about as if by an unseen hand and into what I was typing and filled the entire screen on with my typing box.

              It just happened to be the word I was typing at the time. I have seen hackers break in like that to see what’s up and write to my screen directly. Folk who are fairly competent with Linux programing can come in on any of those numerical doorways like 209.161.078.35 and observe or communicate or do harm to your system. But they generally do no harm because they leave a trail that could have them mopping floors in a prison annex.

                This is beyond boring...I am celiac and so it took me and my lovely husband about 2 years to find a bread that tasted, smelled and toasted well...it get's worse. I am also lactose intollerant and allergic to whey and so every morning because I can't seem to get beyond it, I have gluten free toast with Swiss cheese and locally grown tomatoes as if it is my last meal.
