    No. The only way to find traces of drugs in the body is through testing the urine, blood, hairs samples. A MRI IS X-RAY IMAGES taken in 3 - D. to look at certain organs, and skeletal system.It cannot see any drugs in the organs or blood. DKRNBSN

    MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) is nothing to do with substances in your body. It's a physical scan of your body/organs.


    Any organisation testing you that is concerned about drugs will take a fluid sample (blood or urine).
