There is a little icon on your tool bar that looks like a printer...when you hit that little icon all sorts of info comes up...................or find a pencil and paper.
I am thinking this must be a computer question though...make sure all the body parts for the computer and printer are plugged in...I find that works best..... You should be asking someone in the know if this does not work.
