can't use E-mail, or face-book, or other 'facilities', why use you, and with increased rates?!
My son recommended you, now he's left you,- totally disatisfied. Why am I bothering with a useless service which has even recently increased charges , well above inflation rates!? I didn't even get a reply to yesterday's similar question, having waited over three hours! Do you simply not care? How imperviously powerful you must feel!
