We are not your e-mail provider nor are we the company you are trying to use your credit card with. As for not being able to get into your account, make sure you are logging in with the correct information and you are not typing in all caps.

I cannot go through all of this nonsence, I do not feel well, and I am not to good at the computer business. I would deeply appreciate your kind attention to this matter.
