    Why can't I get someone to fix my computer so I can open my emails?

    I can sign in to get to my emails, but I can't get the emails to download. And that applies to other programs I try to download,as well.

      Sounds like you may have a broken driver. I would need to be at your computer to know for sure, since that is not possible, my best suggestion is to pay the money and call in the geek squad.
