Make sure breaker is not tripped.Is it plugged in?If yes to both look on bottom of unit.There should be a socket for an allen wrench.Use the proper size one and turn it clockwise or counterclockwise.If it was jammed this should free it.If still no results the unit may need an internal repair or replacement.Good luck!
