hi motha hen if you are feeding your child high fiber food and lots of veg I wouldnt worry but if he/she is not and that kind of diet I would get it checked out with the Doctor just to be safe the digestive system on children is a little different where we can digest food normaly but in small children it takes a little time to adjust in the diet its own and they do become quite windy but as I said if he/she is not constipated or hasnt got loose stools it should be fine but nether the less get it checked out to put your mind at rest good luck

If the child eats very fast it is common to also ingest a lot of air.High fiber foods also have this effect.
