Hello and good day! Maybe the drivers of your computer from your phone got corrupted, check too if your properly inserted the data cable from your phone to your computer, then download your phone drivers here http://www.lg.com/us/support/mobile-support you can download LG pc suite there too, just follow the installation guide and your good to go. you can sync files and manage your files now. Hope it helps!
