    i have accidently locked my sim.I rang my carrier for the puk number, however it still will not unlock.Have I tried too many times and permanently locked the sim?

      Have you forgotten the Security code for your mobile?What is your mobile model?I suggest you to try default codes like 00000 or 12345.If it does not work out you can use free master reset generated code from Unlock-free.com and reset the mobile.Here they provide master reset for Nokia (Basic) and Alcatel mobile models
