The color wheel, or "the wheel of death" means the application you're using (your internet browser) is not responding - it got 'stuck' while processing the data. For some reason your Mac can't handle Facebook. It could be caused by a bug, a cookie, or a problem with your system's virtual memory. You should try closing other applications and see if it solves the problem. Open your Spin Control application (found in your Developer Tools) to determine what causes the problem.
