I have a new fuel pump,new strainer,new filter,new relay. I have fuel pressure alway the way up to my regulator.Sometimes i can spray starter fluid and it trise to start;But thenit stops firing and just turns over.I checked the module and it was good. Running out of options. My car ia a 1991 Honda Civic 1.5. Thanks a Mill.
