I am sorry to say that if they have been doing thier poo and wee on your bed if first of all get rid of all duvet and if it has seeped through to the matress you can either buy new matress or you will have to wash as best as you can and there things on the market that will get rid of the smell if this is the route you will be taking then I would put a plastic sheet on top of the matress as if they get a smell of the exsisting smell they will do it again or the other route is buy a new matress or dont let them in your room or when your out keep a plastic sheet on top of your bed once maid I had to do this for 6 months and they got the message and never did it again I did put a old blanket on top of the sheet so they would feel more at ease when sleeping on it but dont ever mask the smell of wee and poo with purfume stuff this only makes it worse and then they will do it more to get rid of the purfume smell go to a pet shop or the vets or go on line the latter would be cheaper good luck
