      Download this: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html and run a deep scan. the download is free. Make sure you delete all cookies and close all pages before you run the scan. If you know how to get into safe mode on your computer, do that and then run the scan.
