I'm assuming you mean Internet Explorer. If so, my recommendation it to get IE8 and not 9. 9 has far too many issues and we get a lot of questions here about it because it's hard to figure out. Now I do not recommend IE as a browser at all. I think it's the worse browser going. But if you must have it, here is IE8 http://download.cnet.com/Internet-Explorer/3000-2356_4-10013275.html or IE9 http://www.beautyoftheweb.com/?ocid=ie9_bow_Bing&WT.srch=1&mtag=SearBing#/download
