        Are you seriously considering going  to a 5-1 adjustable from a 4.5 fixed.  I don't see any advantage in that at all.  No way.   What are they offering you?  Are you trying to shorten the length of the mortgage?  I don't see good coming out of that.

        Rates are more than likely to go up, why in the word would you want to change to an adjustable rate.
