I cannot get to a place for home phone. I need to see what is happening. Right now I am planning to disconnect. Everything is directed toward wireless. I like having a phone in my home ALSO. I have called countless times and after 30-45 minutes of fruitless silence, I get cut off. My home phone number is 775.623.3738 Carolyn Rogers

This is not the website you want. Try again via phone or try the webside of your phone company.
If you continue having a problem with your phone company I suggest you contact the Public Service Commission in your state (that is assuming you are in the USA). I had to do this with AT&T to get a service disconnected.
