    What do i need to power my house with the sun?

    I would like to use the power of the sun, meaning I want to put solar panels on my house, can someone tell me what do I need ?

      lots of money you want to throw up a wild hogs as*** do your homework the numbers dont work out unless you plan on living in your house 250 years

        I can't tell you how to build them but if you google, you can find information about them online and even ways to build your own. It takes a few days of research and some know how. Other than that, you can invest up to 30K and have them installed by professionals.

          Depends where you live; in the EC you can get a tax break when you install the panels, and sell the electricity to the grid at a rate which will amortise your investment in about 10 years.

            Solar panels are not cheap, I hope you aren't doing this to save money, you are in for a shocker.  Then if you are doing it for political reasons and conservation issues, knock yourself out..  :)
