Spinach salads are more healthful than lettuce salads, b/c lettuce had no nutrients. It's only good for water and for bulk.

I support it b/c if it wasn't for that, my dad wouldn't have become a  citizen; and neither would my  late husband who had both his parents come here from Sicily

I go to a yoga class twice a week and I'm going to ad on a water yoga class too. My Dr. told me for 4 years that if I took yoga, it would lower my blood sugar.

It's my understanding that a Mac doesn't use windows and internet explorer comes with a windows program .

It's very good and hearty . I used to drink it back in the 80s, even loose E G tea. It is slightly perfumey, but tastes very good and smells good and makes you feel good.

You can get anything off of a pot or pan by spraying vinegar on it; and like Ben said, you could soak it first with water that has baking soda in it.

Get a lot of sleep, drink a lot of water, eat a good diet,  and exercise.

I don't like the real dusty kind. But I don't buy the expensive name brand non-dust, like Arm and Hammer, b/c I have to watch every penny.
