Corn gluten is the byproduct of the corn-milling process. It's a fine yellow powder that somewhat resembles corn meal, except that it's less granular. In this form, it is considered unprocessed corn gluten
Corn gluten is a natural byproduct of processed corn, and is found in farm-animal feed and pet foods.
