    hematology? Clotting factors, is this what you mean? There are fragments of cells in your blood, they are called platelets. If you have a low count your bleeding increases, like with an ulcer, or if you were in a car wreck, you could bleed to death, if the count is high, you could have a stroke, pulmonary embolism, heart attack, etc.....
