    That is best answered by your physician.  Your needs are unique to YOU.   However, in general, a low fat diet would contain:
    The dietary reference intake for fat in adults is 20%-35% of total daily calories from fat. That's about 44 to 77 grams of fat a day if you eat 2,000 calories a day.   
     if you want to follow a 1,000-calorie low-fat diet, eat at least 22 grams of fat per day; and if you consume a 1,600-calorie diet, shoot for about 36 grams
